A $50 fee will be charged to all canceled competitor registrations after August 1, 2018.
If you have to cancel your registration after August 1, 2018, your fee will only be refunded if another climber on the waitlist can take your position; otherwise your fee will be deferred to the 2019 event .
Reservations must be made by August 12, 2018 to receive a reduced room rate of $109.00 per night, standard room, king, or double beds, plus a reduced resort fee of $12.95. Mention Reservation #1809ARBOR to receive the special rate.
