*If you are an out-of-state competitor this requirement is waived.

CLIMBER COMPETITORS	Climber Registration Includes: competition shirt, ITCC rule book, snacks on Friday, September 11th, breakfast, lunch and snacks on Saturday, Sept 12th. Friday and Saturday dinner is on your own. Take the opportunity to enjoy Midland! Out of State Competitors May Register After July 10th, 2026 if Spaces Remain
VOLUNTEERS click here for a list of volunteer opportunities	Registration is Free and Includes: volunteer shirt, snacks on Friday, September 11th. SCHEDULE 2026	Friday, September 11th -Emerson Park 7:30 - 8:15am – Head Judge & Tech Meeting 8:30 - 9:00am – Volunteer Registration - Tier I 11:00am - 12:30pm – Volunteer Registration - Tier II 12:30* – 4:30pm - Climber Registration/Gear Inspection for All Events all competitors must arrive by 1:00pm 1:30 – 2:15pm – First Timer meeting* (mandatory for first time competitors in the Comp) 2:15 - 4:30pm - Belayed Speed Climb 4:30 – 5:30pm – Climber Walk thru *(mandatory)* 5:30 - 5:45pm - Ceremonial Tree Planting Saturday, September 12th -Emerson Park 6:45am - Climbers/Volunteers Tier II report to the Park with gear 7:30am - Event begins 8:00 - 10:00am - Set up for Arbor Fair 10:00am - 3:00pm - Arbor Fair 10:00am - 3:00pm - Kids Climb 4:30-5:00pm - World Record Ascent Event (time is approximate) 5:00pm - Final Tear Down by ALL VOLUNTEERS 5:30pm - Preliminary Awards teardown of preliminary events will occur once event is finished, general event tear down will occur during the break between the preliminary events Sunday, September 13th - Masters Challenge -Emerson Park 8:15am - Climbers report with gear 9:00am - Masters Challenge begins 12:00pm - Final Awards Presentation

CEUs	Three (3) ISA CEU’s are available to climbers & judges who sign the ISA CEU form at the event.
EVENT REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY	Refund requests for event registration fees must be submitted in writing via email or mail before August 10th to receive a refund. A $50.00 administration fee will be assessed for all cancellations. If you have to cancel on or after August 10th, 2026 you will be assessed the $50 administration fee and will only be refunded the remaining balance if someone on the waitlist is able to fill your spot in the competition.
