To take the exam, all attendees must APPLY and ENROLL with a separate application through the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). The Value of an ISA Credential - ISA credentials are valued and trusted because they let consumers know that you possess a high degree of knowledge about caring for and maintaining trees. When developing an exam, a panel of subject matter experts from around the world completes a job task analysis, and then writes an exam that encompasses the defined skills. ISA credentials build expert knowledge and reflect the professional skills sought by leaders from the public and private sectors, including training, academia and government organizations.
Refund requests for event registration fees must be submitted in writing via email or mail no later than 7 days prior to the start of an event to receive a refund. A $50.00 administration fee will be assessed for all cancellations. Refund requests received less than 7 days prior to the start of the event will not be accepted.
Event registration serves as a contract between the registrant and ISA Michigan. Payment for event registration is the responsibility of the registrant. The registrant agrees to these terms and the contract becomes active upon ISA Michigan receiving the completed registration via email or mail.
