This retake exam is for current Oak Wilt Qualified Specialists that did not pass the initial exam during the September 2022 course dates.

Attendees will be provided with beverages.  A 45-minute review will kick off the session followed by a break and then the 2-hour exam.

If you require special testing accommodations, please note this on the registration form where indicated. 

What to bring to the test: 

• your government issued photo ID
