ONLY ISA MICHIGAN MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE* TO COMPETE. 
Members need to log into the website and then register for the event to enroll. 
*If you are an out-of-state competitor this requirement is waived.

After paying for your ISA Michigan membership, you will receive website login information which you can use to access the event registration page with the member rate.

CLIMBER COMPETITORS Single Registration (male/female): competition shirt, ITCC rule book, snacks and dinner on Friday, September 15, breakfast, lunch and snacks on Saturday, Sept 16. Optional extra meals for family members are available for purchase for both Friday dinner and Saturday meals.  

Climber Competitor + Family option: This registration fee includes all the benefits of the Single Climber Competitor AND comes with 3 additional wristbands to get 3 family members into the Food tent for snacks, beverages and lunch on Saturday, September 16 at the event!
Out of State Competitors may register after June 7, 2023.
VOLUNTEERS
click here for a list of volunteer opportunities		 Registration is Free and includes: volunteer shirt, dinner on Friday for those volunteering on Friday, September 15, breakfast, lunch and snacks on Saturday, September 16 - event day. In addition, those volunteers qualified to set up the event on Friday, September 15 will receive breakfast and lunch as well. We will notify you of your position.
SCHEDULE 2023 Friday, September 15 - PROSPECT PARK
7:15 - 8:30am - Volunteer Registration for Tier I (Techs and Judges)
7:30am - Head Judge & Tech Meeting
11:00am - 12:30pm - Volunteer Registration for Tier II (Timers, Event Operations Volunteers)
12:30 - 4:30pm - Climber Registration/Gear Inspection for All Events/ Belayed Speed Climb
*all competitors must arrive by 1:00pm
1:30 - 2:15pm - First Timer Meeting
(mandatory for first time competitors in the comp)
4:30 - 5:30pm - Climber Walkthrough (mandatory)
5:30pm - Ceremonial Tree Planting, sponsored by ReLeaf Michigan
6:00 - 7:30pm* - Climber and Volunteer Dinner
*Volunteer Registration for Saturday events

Saturday, September 16 - PROSPECT PARK
6:45am - Climbers/Volunteers Tier II report to the Park with gear - breakfast & coffee available
7:30am - Event begins
8:00 - 10:00am - Set up for Arbor Fair
10:00am - 3:00pm - Arbor Fair
12:00pm - Lunch
4:30-5:00pm - World Record Ascent Event (time is approximate)
5:00pm - Final Tear Down** by ALL VOLUNTEERS
5:30pm - Preliminary Awards
Dinner on your own
**teardown of preliminary events will occur once event is finished, general event tear down will occur during the break between the preliminary events and dinner/awards

 CEUs Three (3) ISA CEU’s are available to climbers & judges who sign the ISA CEU form at the event.
EVENT REFUND/
CANCELLATION POLICY		 Refund requests for event registration fees must be submitted in writing via email or mail before August 8 to receive a refund. A $50.00 administration fee will be assessed for all cancellations.


If you have to cancel your registration after August 8, 2023, your fee will be refunded minus the $50 admin fee ONLY IF another climber on the waitlist can take your position. No fees will be deferred to next years event.

Event registration serves as a contract between the registrant and ISA Michigan. Payment for event registration is the responsibility of the registrant. The registrant agrees to these terms and the contract becomes active upon ISA Michigan receiving the completed registration via email or mail.
